A measure hhh development

In November 2016, voters in the city of Los Angeles passed Measure HHH, a property tax measure which would provide funding for up to 10,000 units of permanent supportive housing for people experiencing homelessness or at-risk of homelessness. The Pointe on Vermont will utilize funds from Measure HHH to help finance a portion of development cost.
