Pastor Garry D Zeigler and wife Antonia Zeigler purchased 7600 S. Vermont along with other South Los Angeles properties to improve the community in which they served as Pastor and First Lady. Garry D. Zeigler is the founding Pastor of Spirit Food Christian Center established in 2000 and prior was an assistant Pastor for more than 20 years at Crenshaw Christian Center under Apostle Dr. Frederick Price. Their daughter, Antonia Feemster now runs the family real estate business and is apart of the development team of "The Pointe on Vermont". Antonia's husband, Theron "Neff-U" Feemster, is a Grammy-award winning songwriter/ producer/ composer who is helping to provide time and resources for the ground floor recording studio space.

Starting from grass-roots origins in response to the death of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., EAH Housing now serves over 20,000 seniors, families, students, people with disabilities, frail elderly and the formerly homeless.
